One umbrella and two sun loungers on the beach from the second row are booked for each room for the whole stay.
The rooms that accommodate more than 2 Guests (infant excluded) have 2 umbrellas and 4 sun loungers included (for Classic Triple Room 1 umbrella and 3 sun loungers).
An upgrade in the 1 row costs € 50.00 per sun lounger.

– 5 nights: June 30th (in) – August 31st (out).
– 2 nights: during the remainder of the year.

– A 30% deposit of the whole amount is necessary to confirm the room.
– Final payment 14 days before the arrival date.

Valid for refundable rates:
– Up to 15 days before your arrival date: no cancellation fee.
– From 14 days prior to your arrival date: 100% fee of your total amount.
– No show or early check-out: 100% fee of your total amount.
It is not possible to modify or cancel for free a non-refundable rate. For insured rate the conditions set out in the booklet of the insurance are apply.

Requests made during the booking phase relating to preferences or particular needs (e.g. room on the ground floor) are only subject to availability and not guaranteed.

– Mandatory cost: €35.00 per night (includes: cot, little dedicated present and meals according to adults’ board package).
– Pushchairs available for €5.00 € per day.

Have a pleasant picnic on the beach or in the shade of the palms in our gardens or join an excursion and take with you a rich take- away lunch prepared by our Chef. The packed lunch, together with everything you need for your picnic to be perfect, can be personalized according to your needs and you can choose the food from the several delicacies on our à-la-carte menu.
The service must be reserved the day before within 6.30pm.

Do not worry about bringing your own beach towel, these are available for free during your stay in the Resort, with one daily change included at the reception and/or at the pool.
You can take advantage of our laundry service and let us wash your beach towel at an additional cost or you can buy one in our boutique.

The free Wi-Fi service is available in rooms and in common areas.

At our Le Sabbie Boutique you can find clothes, accessories, costume jewellery and handmade gifts with natural materials, as well as a corner with basic hygiene items and objects for the beach.
Moreover, it is possible to ask for the purchase of specific items, such as toys, nappies and medicines, that will be delivered within 24hr and with an extra cost of €5.00. There is no surcharge for cigarette.

Ask our Staff for more information about car, motorbike or bike rental from one of our business partners. You can choose from different options according to your needs and ask for the delivery of the vehicle directly to the hotel for a quicker and easier service.

A unattended private outdoor parking allows you to leave your vehicle inside the Resort unpaved area.

Our porter will help you take your luggage from the taxi or your car and bring it directly to the room or to the reception hall, if you arrive before check-in time.
Porter service: 7am – 11pm.

At the reception you will find a small library with a selection of Italian, English, French and German books to borrow.

In your room you will find information and costs of the laundry and ironing service (external providers for dry cleaning service).

Pets are not allowed in the Resort.

In order to ensure the best experience for our Guests, the Resort should be informed of the need of a gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan diet.

It is necessary, when booking, to report any food allergies, intolerances or dietary choices of any kind. The Resort does not have a separate area for gluten-free cooking, therefore we cannot guarantee the absence of contamination for unpackaged products.

Food and drinks ordered at the bar or in the restaurant can be paid by credit or debit card (no cash accepted) or charged to the room together with any drink or snack from the minibar. When checking-in a credit card guarantee is requested, if not available, €999.00 must be deposited at the reception. All other services must be paid directly to the seller (excursions, boutique, wellness room etc.) by debit and credit card or cash.

During the check-in and only by cash, the municipality of Castiadas demands the payment of a tourist tax which amounts to €3.00 per night per person. Exemptions are available according to municipal laws. The price and the periods of application of the tax can vary depending on new regulations issued by the town.

From June 15th to September 15th, an urban public bus service, with a stop in front of the entrance to the Resort, is a convenient solution for getting you to the town center of the Costa Rei and some of the area’s beaches, such as the Scoglio di Peppino.

You can book a taxi at the reception if you would like to reach the nearby cities, like Villasimius.

The transfer must be confirmed 15 days before the arrival date, communicating the airport/port of departure, the flight or ship number and the time of departure and arrival.

– The Resort doesn’t have toilets and a bar on the beach (an external bar with toilets can be found few meters from our private beach).
– Opening times and some services may change according to the season.
– All prices are in Euro and VAT is already included.
– No specific days for checking in/out are requested. BB and HB available.
– Meals included (breakfast and/or dinner) that are not enjoyed cannot be refunded or exchanged for other services, even catering services such as lunch. For early departures (before 07:00 a.m.) or late arrivals (after 10:00 p.m.), only upon request, a cold in-room dinner and/or breakfast with packaged goods and room-temperature drinks is provided.
