– day-use (up to 10pm): 50% of the daily online rate.
Late check-out can be booked in advance for the following room categories: Comfort Double Room, Classic Balcony Room, Classic Garden Room and Deluxe Double Room. For all other room types, it can be requested on site, subject to availability.

– Full payment is due 8 days prior to arrival.
– Full refund available for cancellations up to the day before arrival.
– 100% penalty applies only in case of cancellation on the arrival day, no-show, or early departure.
– The Worry Free rates offer more flexible conditions than the Flex rates, with a slight price increase. They apply to stays of any duration, with arrivals and departures between May 30 and July 26, in the following room categories: Comfort Double Room, Classic Balcony Room, and Deluxe Double Room.

– 2 nights (May, June, July and September) for Comfort Double Room, Classic Balcony Room and Deluxe Double Room.
– 3 nights (for all other combinations, categories, and dates).

Subject to availability, the 1° row is available for purchase:
– €40.00 (June).
– €60.00 (July).
– €80.00 (August).
– €60.00 (September).

– Mandatory infant supplement: for crib 120×60 cm €60.00 per night (in August) | €50.00 (in all other periods).
– The infant must appear in the booking.
– Failure to declare the presence of children will result in the mandatory infant supplement being charged. In addition, if the booked room type cannot accommodate a cot, the reservation will be reallocated to a Comfort Double Room.

Pets are not allowed in the Resort.

Requests made during the booking phase relating to preferences or particular needs (e.g. room on the ground floor) are only subject to availability and not guaranteed.

The Wi-Fi service, with a dedicated ultra-fast fiber-optic connection, is available in the rooms and in most of the Resort’s common areas.

A unattended private outdoor parking allows you to leave your vehicle inside the Resort unpaved area.

Our porter will help you take your luggage from the taxi or your car and bring it directly to the room or to the reception hall, if you arrive before check-in time.
Porter service: 7.30am – 10.30pm.

At the reception you will find a small library with a selection of Italian, English, French and German books to borrow.

At the reception you will find information and costs on the laundry and ironing service.

To ensure a pleasant and personalized stay, please inform us of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences at the time of booking. The Resort is particularly attentive in managing specific dietary requirements. We warmly welcome vegan and vegetarian guests, as well as those with gluten, dairy, or other food intolerances.
However, we inform you that despite taking every precaution and exercising the utmost care, our kitchen does not have a separate area for the preparation of gluten-free meals; therefore, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination in non-packaged products.

The municipality of Castiadas demands the payment of a tourist tax. Exemptions are available according to municipal laws. The price and the periods of application of the tax can vary depending on new regulations issued by the town.

Upon check-in, a credit card is required as a guarantee for any services not included in the stay package, as well as for any damages and/or additional charges incurred during the stay.

The transfer must be confirmed 7 days before the arrival date, communicating the airport/port of departure, the flight or ship number and the time of departure and arrival.

– The Resort doesn’t have toilets and a bar on the beach (an external bar with toilets can be found few meters from our private beach).
– Opening times and some services may change according to the season.
– All prices are in Euro and VAT is already included.
– Unused meals cannot be refunded or exchanged for other services, including food and beverage services.
– For early departures (before 07:00), a takeaway breakfast with packaged products and ambient-temperature beverages will be provided.
– To respect all other Guests and the atmosphere of the Resort, in all of the common areas it is not allowed to play ball, run or ride a bicycle or other vehicles in the paths of the Resort.
– Room cleaning and daily tidying service starts at 09:30 am and ends at 03:30 pm (you may indicate a preferred time, which will be taken into account but cannot always be guaranteed).
– For safety reasons, in the event of strong winds, our staff may close the beach and/or pool umbrellas.
